We will only deliver products ordered through the site to a location where we provide delivery services. We cannot deliver to post boxes.

Stock lines are generally despatched next day.
Custom orders are generally despatched within ten working days, once details have been clarified.
Courier deliveries outside of Perth Metro area will be despatched on Tuesdays.
Orders are only considered complete when payment is made in full. Lead times quoted commence from time of receipt of payment.
An authorised person must be present to accept the delivery of your order.
We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including
photographic identification) and, where relevant, age.
If there is no appropriate person at the delivery address to receive the order, or delivery is unable to take place for any reason outside our control, we may charge you an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery.
