Sheffield Wire Products will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our factory in Perth, Western Australia.
All products for return or exchange must be presented to our staff in an “as new condition”.
Sheffield Wire will refund money, before despatch, only if goods are stocked by Sheffield Wire. Once custom manufactured goods have commenced manufacture, refunds will NOT be issued. Some discount may be given if goods are in the early stages of production when cancelled.
If you are an Account customer and presenting goods for return or exchange, a copy of the original invoice must be presented at factory, along with the goods to arrange an Account Credit.
Commercial quantities are not generally returnable.

In addition to manufacturers guarantees on selected products, Sheffield wire and its suppliers provide a guarantee of “Fit for Purpose” quality on every product
By law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for damaged or faulty stock.
Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange or replacement is available.
